Hazard says he rejected multiple PSG offers during Transfer Window

Hazard reveals he has rejected multiple PSG offers

Eden Hazard has locked his sights on one team the moment he was eligible for transfer.

The Real Madrid star said he rejected multiple offers from Paris Saint-Germain. He even went as fat as saying he would never sign for the Ligue 1 champions.

The 28-year-old claims he would only return to France's top tier league if it's for his former club Lille.

Hazard rejected multiple PSG offers

When Hazard was on his way out of Chelsea, PSG came swinging aggressively. The Ligue 1 champions were linked with a move for Hazard but no deal was closed. Hazard would then go to Real Madrid for a reported €100million fee.

When asked if he would ever join PSG, Hazard replied "No, never."

"They've often wanted to sign me. I didn't want to come back to Ligue 1 and with another club to Lille," he explains

Hazard stated that though PSG is a club that can help him win the Champions League, but wasn't in his plans.
"If I come back to Ligue 1, it will be with Lille," Hazard stressed.

Struggling in Madrid

Hazard has struggled to make his mark since arriving in Spain from Chelsea last June. He has only scored once in eight appearances and seemed to be overweight as well.

The 28-year-old denied those accusations this week, telling reporters that  he has been in good condition for the last month with no injuries.

"I'm in good shape. When I'm on the pitch I will always try to do my best, with Real Madrid or Belgium. I just want to keep this momentum," he said.

Real Madrid hosts Real Sociedad in league play on Saturday before facing PSG in the Champions League at the Santiago Bernabeu next Tuesday.
