Adrien Broner was arrested on Friday afternoon in Las Vegas after refusing to leave the MGM Grand Garden, where weigh-ins for the Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury rematch was taking place.

Broner and his troubles with the law in the past

Broner was ordered to pay a $830,000 fine after an alleged sexual assault to a woman at a Cleveland nightclub last December. He pled guilty to two charges stemming from that incident and was sentenced to two years of probation.

The former welterweight champion was also arrested in February 2018 in Atlanta for allegedly groping a woman in a mall. He was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery for the incident.

He also made headlines after a controversial and disturbing Instagram post last year, where he threatened violence on gay people while using homophobic slurs.

The 30-year-old has not fought since suffering a loss to Manny Pacquaio in Las Vegas last year.
