LaMelo Ball reportedly offered $100M sneaker endorsement deal

The 2020 NBA Draft brings a lot of surprising but promising top prospects. There is the controversial James Wiseman, the sleeper Kai Sotto, and LaMelo Ball.


The youngest Ball brother has impressed scouts so much that he is considered a top pick in this year's draft. Ahead of an potential NBA contract is a reported sneaker endorsement deal worth even more.

 LaMelo Ball reportedly offered $100M endorsement deal

National Basketball League (Australia) analyst Corey Williams reported reported that Ball has been offered $100 million and a private jet to sign an endorsement deal with a sneaker company. The name of the said company was not revealed.

It was not revealed what company offered Ball this deal but for sure whatever shoe brand made this bid is certainly projecting that the 18-year-old will be a no-doubt NBA superstar in the not-too-distant future and he has certainly 

LaMelo turning heads in Australia

Ball chose to forgo his college eligibility to become play pro for the Australia-based National Basketball League. He currently averages 17 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7 assists, and 1.6 steals per game in 13 appearances for the Illawarra Hawks.

Currently, he is out with a foot injury which will keep him out for at least another week of action but it hasn't seemed to affect his draft stock. Ball is reportedly entertaining the possibility of cutting his stint in Australia to prepare for the 2020 NBA Draft.

Though finishing the season in Australia might seal his status as a top 5 pick, there are other ways to do that as well.
